Magnetic separator

HRCF series magnetic separator is made up of speed reducer, tank, magnetic roller and rubber roller etc.

     HRCF series magnetic separator is made up of speed reducer, tank, magnetic roller and rubber roller etc. Speed reducer drives magnetic roller for circular motion. Coolant with powder iron enters into tank, and impurities are absorbed on the surface of magnetic roller. Coolant is extruded out by rubber roller, so impurities are separated from coolant. Finally impurity is scraped into collection box by scraper.

 

      HRCF series magnetic separator uses the strontium ferrite permanent magnetic material to produce strong magnetic field. Fine stainless steel magnetic roller of major diameter has a large absorption area. In the tank, it is equipped with a fluid baffler plate which is concentric with the roller. Such combination makes the magnetized chips which in the separated fluid can be adsorbed on the magnetic roller to maximum extent to ensure to reach a good separating effect. This separator is simple, compact, small size and easy to operate and install.

 

 

 NOTE:

If the machine does not work for a long time, the tank shall be cleaned to prevent the impurities accumulating and hardening.Set the working volume as per the nominal data, otherwise too much volume may cause a poor separation precision.Non-powder cutting chip, especially the crushed steel chips, may accelerate the abrasion of the rubber roller and affect its service life. If the separated impurities in the coolant increase sharply, adjust the space between the rubber roller and the magnetic roller, otherwise the height of the impurities on the magnetic roller may increase and they can’t pass the grinding area of the magnetic roller.
