Magnetic roller paper band filter and paper band filter
It is mainly used for filtering and purifying the cooling lubricating fluid in the machinery processing .
HRCGL series magnetic roller paper band filter is made up of tank, collection box, filtering fabric band /paper band, magnetic roller, speed reducer, drive mechanism, signal generating system and pump etc. In the running process, the dirty fluid containing large amount of impurities pass the magnetic roller which can remove the cutting chips (optional for those fluids containing high magnetic conductive impurities, which can improve the filter effect by means of the secondary filtering.). The chains, meshwork and the paper band on the drive mechanism show an arc shape. When the dirty fluid passes the paper band, the small cutting chips and impurities will be adsorbed on the surface of the paper band. The cutting chips and impurities accumulate continuously till the paper band is blocked. At this time, the level of the dirty fluid rises and the floater rises. Meanwhile, the signal generating system sends signal and speed reducer drives chain and meshwork move to take the dirt and dirty paper band to the collection box. So, the paper band is replaced automatically. After paper band is replaced, the level of the dirty fluid falls. The speed reducer stops and the filter go to the next cycle. The purified fluid in the fluid tank is transported to main machine by the pump.
HRZGL series paper band filter can adequately detach and filter metal or nonmetal chips of various shapes in the coolant (oil). It is mainly used for filtering and purifying the cooling lubricating fluid in the machinery processing including high-precision grinding/honing machine etc. When the dirty fluid falls on the paper band, the small cutting chips and impurities will be absorbed on the surface of the paper band and then they become filtering layer to help paper band filtering. It is maximum extent to a good filtering effect. This paper belt on the transmission shows an arc shape, so it offers a large efficiency filtering area and save space.
Note:
This series filter is mainly used for filtering fine impurity. When fluid has more impurities and chips of big shape, the paper is frequently blocked, need be replaced and consumed seriously. It is better to work with other chip conveyor device. Firstly transport chips and then filter coolant.
