HRJLB series extra-heavy hinged belt chip conveyor collects and transports black and colored metal chips which are produced by machining process to chip collecting box. This product can be widely used for transport long chips, rolled chips and special material chips which be cut by heavy machine tool, combination machine tool, machining center, professional machine line and automatic production line. It has higher transport efficiency and wider speed range. The pitch of chain is 101.6mm, and hinge belt is 5 to 8mm thick. Main parts of the chip conveyor have been produced against abrasion and corrosion. This product equipped with mechanical overload protection device and current overload alarm device, it is safe, reliable and working steadily. This device is an ideal product for heavy machine tool and centralized conveyor line in workshop.
